With over 25 years as a Top Producer in  Life Insurance and Annuity Sales, and as the owner of other successful businesses, I learned that putting the needs of my clients above my own is most important.  Through the financial planning courses in my insurance career, I learned that purchasing real estate is one of the fastest ways of accumulating wealth.  Combining the two has given me the opportunity to serve my clients with the best of both worlds, real estate knowledge and financial planning knowledge.

My husband, L.D. and I have owned a home on Lake Bob Sandlin and now we have one on Lake Cypress Springs. People always are asking me which I prefer.  I have to answer, Both.  L.D. and I both love to fish, and have fished both lakes extensively.   The serene beauty of Lake Cypress Springs is unsurpassed.  I am familiar with both lakes and can answer the questions that may arise while searching for property on either lake.  Having lived on a farm for most of life, I am equally at ease showing land or farms and ranches.
